Common facial asymmetries associated with torticollis:
- Smaller and/or higher eye
- Elevated, cupped and/or flattened ear
- Flattened jaw line
- Tilted mandible (jaw bone)
- Elevation of temporomandibular joint (TMJ) of the jaw
- Depression of neck under ear
- Protruded forehead on one side

AFTER – Forehead, cheek and ear symmetrical on both sides.
